Terms of Use

Draft — last updated 5 August 2026. These terms are under legal review; signed customer agreements take precedence.

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the thetourhub.com website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the TourHub platform. By using the site or platform you accept them.

DMCs and partners with a signed TourHub agreement are governed first by that agreement; these terms fill any gaps.

2. The service

TourHub provides software that helps destination management companies build, price and manage travel itineraries. TourHub is not itself a travel agent, tour operator or supplier: bookings, travel services and payment terms are between you and the DMC or supplier concerned, and their terms apply to the trip itself.

3. Quotes and content

Prices, availability and itinerary content shown on the platform are provided by DMCs and their suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed by the responsible DMC. AI-generated itinerary content is a starting point for a human consultant and may contain errors; the confirmed quotation and invoice issued by the DMC are the binding documents.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or platform: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, probe or overload the service, no scraping at scale, and no use of another person’s account. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

5. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TourHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Platform liability for contracted customers is dealt with in their agreements.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer) explains how personal information is handled and forms part of these terms.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page. Questions: bookings@thetourhub.com.
